Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at “Holy Land Gem. com”.
We strive to provide you with beautiful and authentic stones from places sacred to Christianity,
especially places where Jesus walked, such as Capernaum in the Holy Land.
We understand that a return may be necessary sometimes, and we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
Returns
If you are from Israel, the transaction cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law.
We accept returns of stones within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the stone must be in its original condition and, if applicable, in its original packaging.
Cancellation of a remote transaction for any other reason
The consumer is obligated to return the product to the dealer at his own expense, and the dealer may demand from you a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the property or transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. If a product was installed in your home for the purpose of providing the service, the dealer may charge installation costs of up to 100 NIS (in addition to the cancellation fee if the cancellation was not due to a defect or incompatibility, etc.). In any case, the dealer is obligated to refund your money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the stone. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned stone, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the stone is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
When ordering stones with special engraving with special text or engraving on a wooden box, or any special order including a change in the product – it cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@holylandgem.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the stone.

בעיסקאות במדינת ישראל בלבד: חוק הגנת הצרכן מקנה הגנה בעסקת מכר מרחוק, ומאפשר לצרכן לבטל את העסקה בתנאים מסוימים. סעיף 14ג לחוק הגנת הצרכן מאפשר לצרכן לבצע ביטול עסקה באופן חד-צדדי מיום עשיית העסקה ועד 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר.
מקרה בו הביטול נעשה שלא בעקבות פגם או אי התאמה, על הצרכן לשלם דמי ביטול בשיעור 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם. המוכר לא יוכל לדרוש את עלות ההובלה לאספקת המוצר לצרכן (בהנחה שמחיר ההובלה כלול במחיר העסקה), אולם הצרכן צריך לדאוג להחזרת המוצר למוכר, ובתוך כך לשאת בהוצאות המשלוח.
במדינת ישראל בלבד בעת ביטול הזמנה ו/או החזרת מוצר: אנו לא נגבה דמי ביטול ולא נגבה 100 ש”ח, לא נגבה דמי משלוח ולא נגבה כל עלות אחרת שנגרמה בהזמנה בשטחי מדינת ישראל, אנו “נספוג” את עלות השילוח, את עלות האירוז, את עלות זמן העבודה, את זמן הנסיעה לדואר, את עלות ההמתנה בדואר. עם החזרת המוצר אלינו אנו נפעל מידית להחזרת הכסף באופן מידי. המשמעות שעלות משלוח בישראל בעת החזרת מוצר חלה על חשבון הלקוח, שיכול לשלוח בדואר, להשתמש בחברת שליחים או להביא אלינו על חשבונו. אובדן המוצר בדרך אלינו מכל סיבה לא יאפשר החזרת עלות הרכישה באופן מלא כפי שאנו מבטיחים באתר, כי המוצר לא חזר אלינו.
